yea, moar Doctor who doodles, bare with me lads... or screw ye, i draw what i want wmahahaha...
anyways. I just watched the Genesis of the daleks last saturday to refresh my memory. Aaand afterwards i really wanted to doodle this particular epic scene... in one of the greatest Doctor who stories ever. >8D
Well You cant deny, its a very powerfull scene... its the clip they will show on the news when Tom Baker dies.... O_0
But yeeeah... if ye like doctor who and havent seen this story you reeeeally should...

hm. so... done with color pencils I was in a mood of trying new shit so... I was goin for this almoust "scetchy" looking style. The damn hair was tricky, but other than that this turned out quite allright.

Nice doctor who piece, although I think this is one of the earliest doctors from before I started watching it which was the 2005 series.
I like the use of sprayed strokes in this piece. They work especially well on the background and in the depiction of energy coming from the wires. The highlights are also well applied given the light sources, but it does look like the lines between the fingers on his left hand might be a bit too dark.
Although I do like the image I have never been a huge fan of including text on art, unless the text itself is the art. Of course that is more of an opinion than a critique.
